Syntel Experiences

First day in Syntel, i was well received and the inducction program was inaugrated by Keerthi and Anshika. Thereafter we were undergone the formalities of Syntel which took us a whole day to complete.

Second day onwards my actuall training program started. It was started by Snehal and Anci,who brushed up with the Soft Skills which were very useful, ofcourse we know it but some things we really come to know which is very useful in Corporate Culture. This session was for 2 days. We had some activities such as

1. Introducing our name with an adjective (i.e Lovable Latheef)
2. Forming groups and then framing some points regrading any Topic and then presenting as a team to rest of the groups(this is really playful such that we can make other teams blur by our questions which makes lot of fun).
3. An activity given to group such that they will be working in group and perform the activity, we have the scores for this which will evaluated under teambuliding.
4. Self assesment program which was very useful to know our mistakes and then correct it up.
